Numero Cinco

It's almost Christmas!! I'm not really excited, so the two exclamation points are unnecessary. Christmas is my favorite time of the year, well besides fair. It is just coming way to fast this year and there is no way to stop it! We are in school really close to Christmas so there isn't really much time to enjoy it before it is over, and I'm sad about it. We've already had one of our Christmas parties, but it couldn't go too late because we all had school the next day. It was lame!! Oh well, I'll be thankful for the time I get to spend with my family. :)

Numero Quatro

Something interesting that happened to me this week.. hmm.. this week has been kind of lame!! I think last night was probably the most intereseting thing that has happened all week, and it wasn't that eventful. I worked the concession stand last night at the volleyball game with my bff Luke Ulrich, Andrew Brown and Mr. Lopez. It was probably the most fun concessions I have ever done!! The boys kept me laughing the entire time I was working. They're so funny! Except, Mr. Lopez decided to scare me very badly when Luke and I were walking through the dark gym! I screamed and it wasn't very nice of him. Then I watched Luke wash dishes for a really long time. It was fun because I didn't have to wash them because I am allergic to dishsoap!! I did end up getting water all over me, I turned the sink the wrong way and it sprayed water everywhere. Then after we were done working concessions, there were still two games left, and I went and stood with Laura Kettler in the student section and we laughed a lot, she is very funny!! All-in-all, pretty much nothing of interest has happened to me this week!!

Numero Tres

Today, is going to be great. :) Well, once school gets over, and my stomach stops hurting so bad. I am going to our last day of Cheer Clinic with the elementary girls. We are going right after school to start practice. This will be our third day of the clinic. The girls are so cute! Except I'm nervous becaue I don't know what I'm doing and I don't want to look dumb, especially if all those little girls are better then me haha. Anyways, at six o'clock we are going to the football field to perform at the JV game. The girls learned a few cheers, the fight song, and a sweet dance routine. It's going to be adorable!

After this I am going to meet someone. His name is Cameron Schmidt. He is Sarah's little friend Chad's friend. We are all hanging out at the football game. Chad is getting Sarah a new puppy. She doesn't believe me, but it's true ;). But not really, he does have a surprise for her though. I'm excited for her. I'm just excited for tonight, actually. Woot woot!

Numero Dos

There were many things that happened this day in history, these are the five I chose that had some importance to me:
1.) In 1582, many Catholic countries switch to the Gregorian calendar, and skip 10 days.
2.) In 1937, Ernest Hemingway's novel "To Have & Have Not" published.
3.) In 1951, "I Love Lucy" debuts on CBS TV.
4.) In 1953, Toriano "Tito" Jackson, (singer) was born.
5.) In 1954, Hurricane Hazel strikes US & Canada, 348 die.
http://www.todayinhistory.com/s75-10-15-event-results.html.

I chose the above listed events that happened in history today for a specific reason. Firstly, the one about Catholic countries, because I am Catholic so it means something to me. Ernest Hemmingway was a great writer, and I love reading, so that is why I picked that his novel was published today. I chose that "I Love Lucy" debuted today, because I love that show and it is so funny! Tito Jackson was a great singer, and growing up I loved listening to music by the Jackson 5. Also, hurricanes scare me, actually all natural disasters scare me, so that is why I chose about HurricaneHazel.

Numero Uno

So... three goals for my senior year. First off, I'd like to get a really good grades, mostly A's if possible. This means I'm going to have to work very hard. Secondly, I want to have so much fun on senior trip! It will be a great way to end senior year with all my friends, and I can't wait. Lastly, my third goal for senior year is to enjoy it. This is the last year we will all be together, and I want to go out with a bang!

This weekend is going to be so sweet! Well, it actually starts Thursday, aka my 18th birthday! It's going to be amazing. Friday is the football game, the last home one of my life at Sand Creek! I'll be cheering and performing with Flag Corps. Then I'm supposed to hang out with my buddy Ben Reno afterwards. Saturday I'm hanging out with my best friend Sarah and these cute boys Tyler and Kyler!! We might go to this haunted corn maze, but I am scared to death!! I am the biggest chicken ever. Sunday is my family birthday party so I will be cleaning for that, and then hanging out with my family. I'm way excited for this weekend. :]
